- All the documents must be scanned copies of the originals.
- Use only documents with information in Cyrillic or Latin letters.
- All the scanned copies or photographs of documents:
- are accepted only in jpg or png formats;
- cutting the edges of the document is not allowed, all 4 corners of the document must be visible;
- only color copies are accepted;
- must be made against a monochrome background;
- documents must not be edited in any editor program;
- must not contain scanning / photographing artifacts such as flash marks, blur;
- must not contain unrelated items, objects or inscriptions that are not in the original document (for example, paper clips, pencils, fingers, etc.);
- must be in a good quality, with a resolution of 300dpi or more. The size of each file should be from 500kb to 5Mb. All the details of the documents on the copy or photos should be; visible. All copies and photos of documents with low resolution or poor quality will be rejected.
After downloading all the documents, the application is being sent to the Verification Department. The identification procedure takes up to 24 hours. If any of the rules is violated, verification will not be approved. All the comments and reasons for rejection the user can see in their personal account.
